Lead Educator (Full-Time) – Busy Bees at Pimpama Pimpama, QLD Licensed Capacity: 108 places $34.51 - $39.24 per hour About the Role Busy Bees at Pimpama is seeking a confident and passionate Lead Educator to join our Hive. Our 108-place service offers a vibrant and supportive environment where you will lead your own room and guide a team of educators to deliver high-quality early learning experiences. As a Lead Educator, you will play a key role in mentoring your team, driving programming, and ensuring the best outcomes for children. Responsibilities
The Lead Educator is responsible for mentoring a team of educators and planning engaging, play-based learning programs aligned with the EYLF. They must also ensure compliance with National Quality Standards while fostering strong relationships with children and families.
