Free Range Kids Childcare are a small group of 3 privately owned, well resourced centre located in Laidley and Gatton. We cater for children from 6 weeks to 12 years. We offer long day care, Before and After school care and Vacation care for the local community.
We are looking for outstanding Lead Educators to join our dedicated team. Our community reputation is of the upmost importance to us, and finding the right person to complete our already amazing team is our goal. Free range Kids is not a large corporation where staff become numbers. Our management team work closely within our centres, know employees by name and ensure all employees are supported both individually and within their teams. Free Range Kids pride themselves on being active members of the Lockyer valley community.

The successful Applicants will possess the following attributes:

• Diploma in Children’s Services or be studying towards the qualification.
• Previous experience in childcare industry
• The ability to work as an effective Team member
• Great Communication skills
• A genuine love for children and their care
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• A current Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates
• Current Child Protection certification (or willingness to obtain within 3 months)
• An understanding of current theory and practice in the provision long day care programs
• A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Framework and government regulations
