About our Educator Roles
We are currently seeking experienced and enthusiastic Diploma or studying towards Lead Educators to join our educational team. These roles require educators who possess happy, joyful demeanors along with the confidence to work in a team environment.

We will need passionate, fun, creative, holistic Educators, Lead Educators and Casual educators to be joining our team.

• Lead Educator required in our Robina Nursery Room
• Lead Educator required in our Robina Pre-Kindy Room

As a respected and highly valued member of our educational team, you will:
Assist in delivering a high-quality and tailored program using your advanced ideas, expertise, and inclusive approach.
Have knowledge of the NQS & EYLF, the confidence to follow the planning cycle for each child and to complete curriculum as required.
Build lasting and quality relationships with families and keep them updated on their little one’s development via personal interactions and Storypark
About You
As the successful applicant, you will be an Educator or Lead Educator working with children in a happy environment, communicating with families, willing to do professional development to learn new skills and further your knowledge.

You will have the following:

• You will be flexible with hours Monday - Friday.
• Exceptional communication skills
• Full First Aid and CPR certificates, inclusive of Asthma and Anaphylaxis
• Current WWC/Blue Card
• Current Child Protection training

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
