Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE & IMPACT

As a Lead Educator, you will:

  • Design and implement engaging, child-led programs tailored to the unique needs of toddlers.
  • Create a warm, nurturing environment that fosters exploration, independence, and early development.
  • Mentor and collaborate with educators to create a positive, inspiring team culture.
  • Build meaningful relationships with families to support children’s holistic development.
  • Bring creativity, fun, and fresh ideas to make each day exciting and memorable.
  • Ensure every child’s needs, interests, and voice are honoured in our inclusive, respectful environment.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) or currently studying towards your Diploma.
  • Availability to work shifts between Monday to Friday, 6:15 AM – 6:15 PM.
  • Valid Blue Card.
  • Child Protection, Red Nose, and Food Safety training (or willingness to obtain).
  • A strong understanding of the EYLF and NQF frameworks.
  • Passion for early childhood education, leadership, and fostering meaningful connections.
