The Lead Educator will play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting primary school students in their academic and personal development. This includes assisting with homework, planning and delivering engaging enrichment activities, and fostering a safe, positive, and inclusive environment. The ideal candidate is patient, creative, and able to connect with children while maintaining high standards of care and professionalism.

REQUIREMENTS

• Prior experience working in an early childhood or student care setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to plan and facilitate engaging learning activities.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese to effectively support students’ language needs.
• Passion for working with children and helping them grow academically and socially.

• ACADEMIC SUPPORT :Provide guidance and assistance to students in completing their daily homework and revision tasks.Monitor students’ progress and offer targeted support to strengthen weak areas.
• ENRICHMENT & PROGRAMME DEVELOPMENT :Design, plan, and deliver creative enrichment activities that enhance learning in areas such as language, arts, science, and life skills.Incorporate fun and interactive methods to encourage active participation.
• CHILD DEVELOPMENT & BEHAVIOUR MANAGEMENT :Promote positive values, discipline, and social skills among students.Provide a nurturing environment that respects each child’s individuality.
• COMMUNICATION & COLLABORATION :Liaise with parents/guardians on students’ progress and behaviour where necessary.Work closely with the Centre Supervisor and other educators to maintain a high standard of care and learning.
• CENTRE OPERATIONS :Assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and organised learning environment.Ensure activities are conducted in compliance with safety and child protection guidelines.
