Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic Operations and Maintenance team in Doha, Qatar. As a key member of our organization, you will lead and manage our electrical engineering projects, focusing on innovative solutions for complex electrical systems in various infrastructure developments. Lead and manage a team of electrical engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship Manage closely the subcontractors that are in charge of the Electrical assets related maintenance Within new projects, Oversee the design and implementation of high voltage, low voltage, and electrical building services systems Develop and review electrical designs, including single-line diagrams, protection schemes, and load flow analyses Ensure compliance with local and international electrical codes and standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems with other engineering disciplines Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery Conduct technical reviews and quality assurance checks on electrical designs and documentation Present design concepts and progress reports to clients, stakeholders, and senior management Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in electrical engineering solutions Contribute to business development efforts by participating in proposal preparation and client meetings Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; advanced degree preferred Professional Engineering registration or equivalent certification Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on infrastructure projects Proven expertise in high voltage, low voltage, and electrical building services design and coordination Strong knowledge of Qatar's electrical codes and regulations, as well as international standards Proficiency in engineering software tools such as ETAP, Trimble/Amtech Pro Design, Dialux, or Relux Demonstrated experience in leading and managing engineering teams Excellent project management skills, including budget control and resource allocation Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a detail-oriented approach Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders Experience in tunnels and highways projects is highly desirable In-depth understanding of electrical systems from design, installation, buildability, and maintenance perspectives Proven track record of delivering complex electrical engineering projects on time and within budget Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary environment Visionary mindset with a passion for innovative electrical engineering solutions Additional Information Business Line: Consulting and Operations Type of contract: Permanent contract Service Line: OnM Operations Region: Middle East and South Asia Job Family: Services and Operations Profession: Operation and Maintenance - OMI - General Management
