Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Electrical Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As the Lead Electrical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of electrical engineering projects, from design to implementation, while leading a team of skilled professionals. Manage and direct all electrical engineering activities for large-scale projects Develop and implement electrical system designs, ensuring compliance with local and international standards Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers and technicians Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for electrical systems Oversee the preparation of technical specifications, drawings, and reports Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards in all electrical work Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure project success Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation in electrical engineering practices Manage resource allocation and budgeting for electrical engineering projects Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required; Master's degree preferred Professional Engineering (PE) license Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role Proven track record of managing large-scale industrial or commercial electrical projects Advanced knowledge of electrical systems, engineering principles, and design software Strong proficiency in CAD software and electrical design tools Excellent project management skills, including budgeting and resource allocation Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in team management and mentoring In-depth knowledge of local and international electrical codes and standards Familiarity with Saudi Arabian electrical regulations and practices Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders Ability to make decisive decisions and provide visionary leadership in complex project environments Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia as required for project sites Additional Information About AECOM AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
