THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced senior electrical systems engineer to join our dynamic team. The systems engineer will lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced RF environment systems that support the testing and evaluation of PNT technologies. This role involves end-to-end ownership of systems that emulate complex RF scenarios, including wavefront generation, chamber instrumentation, and over-the-air (OTA) signal injection within anechoic environments. They will play a critical role in enabling the development and validation of next-generation systems in realistic, repeatable RF conditions.

Responsibilities
  • 6+ years with A Bachelor’s, or 4+ years with a Master’s degree, in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
  • Documented active US Government Security Clearance at the Secret level or higher highly preferred.
  • Proficiency with RF lab equipment (VNAs, spectrum analyzer, signal generators, etc.).
  • Experience developing or testing RF systems in controlled environments such as anechoic chambers
  • Proficiency with electrical system design, including power and RF distribution, high speed signal path analysis, and debug
  • An understanding of GNSS systems and technology
  • Understanding of GNSS receivers, antennas and software defined radios
  • Experience with signal processing
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or MATLAB
  • Familiarity with simulation tools and platforms for PNT and NAVWAR system testing and validation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to engage and influence
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Able to travel up to 15%
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods (e.g., working at a computer workstation).
  • Must be able to operate standard office and lab equipment (e.g., computers, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers).
  • Must be able to occasionally move or transport test equipment up to 25 pounds.
  • Must be able to analyze data, interpret test results, and make engineering judgments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Visual acuity required for viewing technical drawings, schematics, and computer screens.
