Description

JOB PROFILE:1. Person should electrical supervisor licence holder.2. Responsibility involved operation and maintenence of HT yard, Transformer (11KV/0.433KV), HT/LT working with DG set and following A, B, C and D check maintenance schedule.3. Quarterly Thermography of MCC & PCC panel. Take corrective action to avoid breakdown due to overheating.4. Testing and commissioning of protective relays used for transformer and Breakers.5. Arc flash study of electrical network & Relay co-ordination of electrical installation.6. Harmonics reduction using active harmonics filter. Working with cathodic protection system7. Preparing of Root cause analysis of critical equipment breakdown. Also Maintaining and improving plant equipment performance to improve MTBF and reduce MTTR.8. Licensing work- with MSEDCL, Electrical inspector inspection & DG duty submission.9. Maintenance of Lighting arrestor. Also done its adequacy study.10. Working with thyristors switching APFC panel to Maintain power factor up to 0.999. Earth pit testing and its maintenance.11. Working with earthing system improvement job.12. Checking earthing continuity of electrical and process equipment13. Working with utility equipment Like 150 TR Chiller, 300 CFM Air compressor, Nitrogenplant, Boiler etc.14. Working with AC VFD drive and UPS system.15. Maintenance of hoist, EOT crane and monorail hoist.16. Working with fire hydrant and fire alarm system.17. Daily temp monitoring of critical electrical equipment i.e., Motor, transformer etc.18. Illumination checking of plant area and maintain illumination as per standard.19. Follow Pre-monsoon activity.20. Working with all rotating equipment 360˚ guarding protection like motor pump, pulley,exhaust fan, blower, Gear box etc.21. Testing of RCCB of all LDB, PDB and SPNDB and take corrective action.22. Inspection of plant emergency light.

Responsibilities

The Lead Electrical will oversee the operation and maintenance of high-tension electrical systems and ensure compliance with maintenance schedules. Responsibilities also include conducting thermography, testing protective relays, and performing root cause analysis for equipment breakdowns.
