We are a rapidly growing industry leader with several locations serving Central Florida - Clermont, Davenport, Tampa, Jacksonville, Volusia, Melbourne, Vero Beach, Sanford (headquarters), and Sarasota.  Primary Responsibilities: The Lead Electrician is responsible for maintaining electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings.   Specific Duties & Tasks: * Installs, maintains, and repairs electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems. * Review electrical blueprints to identify wiring circuits. * Inspects electrical components including transformers and circuit breakers. * Coordinates with team members to install light fixtures and other items. * Uses a variety of industry-specific tools to perform their tasks, including ammeters, voltmeters, thermal scanners, and cable testers. * Identifies electrical wires accurately. * Maintain a clean and organized job site and truck. * Maintain accurate invoices, records, and notes.   Qualifications:  * 3-5 years min. experience in electrical service and troubleshooting. * Obtaining a FL Journeyman electrician license is a plus. * Skilled in the use of hand and power tools used in the trade. * Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and safety practices * Effective oral communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to complete projects unsupervised and unassisted. * Attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously. * Available to work on-call and respond immediately to electrical emergencies. * Valid driver’s license and ability to meet FCCI auto guidelines to operate a company-owned vehicle. * Eligible to legally work in the United States. * Be at least 18 years of age. * Successfully complete a background check and drug screen.
