QUALIFICATIONS:

• Journeyman Electrician certification or an equivalent combination of skills and experience
• Experience in multifamily residential construction
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and components
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

• Collaborate with other trades to coordinate work and ensure project deadlines are met
• Install and repair electrical systems in multifamily residential buildings
• Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and develop effective solutions
