GardaWorld is currently looking for a Lead, Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing for the Global Marketing Team
Location: Ville St-Laurent

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7+ years of experience in email marketing, marketing automation, and lead nurturing.
  • Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua) and CRM tools (Salesforce, Dynamics 365).
  • Strong background in segmentation, personalization, and dynamic content strategies.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, with a deep understanding of lead nurturing and conversion optimization.
  • Analytical mindset, with proficiency in A/B testing, email performance metrics, and multi-touch attribution models.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, aligning email strategies with sales, content, and performance marketing.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Bilingual (French/English) preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Email Marketing Strategy: Oversee lead nurturing, drip campaigns, and triggered workflows to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.
  • Own Marketing Automation & Segmentation: Implement segmentation strategies that drive personalized engagement and lead scoring models.
  • Enhance Lead Nurturing Programs: Work closely with Sales, Performance Marketing, and Content teams to develop strategic nurture sequences that accelerate leads through the funnel.
  • Optimize Email Performance: Continuously analyze email engagement metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion rates) and apply A/B testing to optimize performance.
  • Ensure CRM & MAP Alignment: Collaborate with the Marketing Operations & CRM team to maintain database health, compliance, and seamless email delivery.
  • Support Business Units: Provide email marketing expertise for GardaWorld different business units to ensure scalable, effective campaigns.
  • Compliance & Deliverability: Ensure all email communications comply with GDPR, CASL, CAN-SPAM, and other global data privacy regulations.
  • Leverage Data & Insights: Use real-time dashboards and analytics to track email performance and inform campaign optimizations.
