Description

Exhibits expertise in product EMC design and certification skills, to make sure all develop products had been EMC certification before launching. Exhibits expertise on managing the EMC goal and test, work with project team to build meet standard product. Review new product development and design plans, and guiding engineers to complete EMC design and debugging with high quality and efficiency. Upgrade test methods according to standards, lead EMC laboratory test development (EMC team test capability development/equipment upgrade/data analysis). New project EMC design and debug, and complete the guidance document. Lead products EMC certification, make decision, solve complex issues, arrange the test including make test plan, review technical document provided by client and project team. EMC new technology research, difficult problem analysis. Guide engineers in EMC design and debugging, and serve as an EMC expert to review product design plans. Organize engineering training of the product EMC standard or technical issue for the team member. Supporting Lab ISO17025 audit and lab management. Monitoring the standards update and regulation update. EMC innovation in design, testing or other related area. Bachelor in Microwave, EMC, electronic, electronic engineering, etc. At least 5 years working experiences on EMC design and debugging. Electdronic product background is mandatory with strong EMC design and failure analyzing competency. Good knowledge in EMC theory and EMC testing principle. Experience in EMC design of UPS and switching power supply is a plus. Good level of English(writing & speaking).
