Job required:

• Strong hands-on HR Operations experience within a structured corporate environment.
• Strong HR systems / HCM experience, preferably Oracle Fusion HCM,
• Strong ability to interpret and comprehend HR policies, apply sound judgment and translate policy requirements into practical processes, system requirements and day-to-day HR practices.
• Ability to independently manage HR Operations projects/workstreams, coordinate stakeholders and drive actions through completion.
• Strong Excel/data skills, particularly for data validation, reconciliation and analysis.
