Lead Employer Branding Strategist (Senior) 📍 Gothenburg, Sweden About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and strategic Lead Employer Branding Strategist to drive and elevate employer brand initiatives on a global scale. In this senior-level role, you will be responsible for developing and executing employer branding strategies that strengthen the organization's ability to attract, engage, and retain top talent worldwide. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across multiple business functions, regions, and leadership levels to ensure employer branding efforts align with business priorities, talent strategies, and organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute global employer branding strategies aligned with business and talent objectives. Create and enhance Employer Value Propositions (EVP) that resonate with target talent segments. Design and implement integrated employer branding campaigns across internal and external channels. Lead employer branding initiatives from strategy through execution with a high degree of autonomy. Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, Marketing, Communications, and business leaders to align branding efforts with organizational priorities. Build, influence, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across functions, business areas, and geographies. Leverage market intelligence, talent insights, employee feedback, and employer brand analytics to inform decision-making. Ensure consistency and effectiveness across all candidate and employee touchpoints. Drive continuous improvement of employer branding programs through data-driven insights and best practices. Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in employer branding, talent attraction, and employer reputation. Provide thought leadership and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders without direct people management responsibility. Identify innovative approaches and emerging trends to strengthen talent attraction and employer brand positioning globally. Navigate complex and ambiguous business challenges while delivering strategic outcomes.
