CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team.
• Set priorities and guide technical decision-making in dynamic project environments.
• Review and approve calculations, drawings, and designs for conveyors and drive components.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, client requirements, and internal quality benchmarks.
• Allocate resources across multiple simultaneous projects and resolve conflicts in scope or timelines.
• Partner with operations to deliver designs optimized for cost, safety, and manufacturability.
• Champion lean practices, DFMA principles, and product improvement initiatives.
• Support R&D, new product development, and adoption of emerging technologies.
• Represent engineering in client meetings, technical discussions, and stakeholder reviews.
