KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Lead Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing advanced high-voltage installations. You’ll lead a team of engineers and draftsmen within multidisciplinary project teams, guiding them to deliver high-quality designs while ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Take ownership of the design process for high-voltage systems
• Lead and coordinate a team of engineers and technical draftsmen
• Monitor project planning, budgets, and quality assurance
• Act as a bridge between the client and internal team, translating technical requirements into practical solutions
• Coach and motivate your team, sharing knowledge and ensuring project goals are met
