SITE LEAD

Are you ready to take the lead in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your expertise in facilities management will make a real impact? We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Site Lead to join our team based in Wakefield.
About the Role:
As the Site Lead, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the site maintenance team, ensuring the smooth operation of Mechanical, Electrical, and Fabric services. You’ll play a key role in maintaining compliance with statutory and mandatory standards, driving performance, and delivering exceptional service to our client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of M&E plant and equipment.
  • Manage the CAFM system to monitor performance and service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental standards.
  • Supervise specialist contractors and manage minor works.
  • Conduct risk assessments, method statements, and work package plans.
  • Respond to reactive maintenance and ensure timely completion of PPM tasks.
  • Support innovation and continuous improvement across the contract.

What We’re Looking For:

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong supervisory experience with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Proficient in CAFM systems and E-Log Book management.
  • Experience in compiling risk assessments and quotations.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Knowledge of M&E services, BMS systems, and statutory compliance.
