Key Responsibilities: Development of middleware applications, IPCs, Protocols drivers for Linux & RTOS platforms Experience with Microcontrollers, RTOS and Embedded Protocols. Involve in all aspects of the system software development process (concept, design, reviews, coding, and validation). Follow coding practices, guidelines & documentation practices. Researching, proposing, and integrating relevant open-source solutions based on project objectives. Work on embedded middleware, connectivity stacks and performance analysis, including root cause analysis of performance issues using creative experiments. Perform debugging, troubleshooting embedded systems using emulators, JTAG\BDM debuggers etc Work with development methodologies such as Agile, SAFe etc. and related project/repo management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, GitHUB etc. Minimum Requirements: Qualifications: BE/ME or BTech/MTech – Electronics or BE/BTech in Electronics or ME/MTech in computer Science with 6+ years of experience. Strong Programming expertise in C, C++, STL. Strong expertise on OOAD, UML. Hands on expertise on Linux OS, RTOS, multithreading Development experience with various communication protocols like IP, DHCP, RS232 RS485, I2C, SPI, CAN, CANOpen etc. Embedded programming expertise in ARM based MCUs/MPUs Good knowledge on Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and other wireless protocols Good knowledge on security elements for Operating Systems (Linux or RTOS) and Communication & Protocol interfaces Knowledge on TCP-IP and socket Programming Hands on experience in developing GUI on Embedded Devices using QT/QML or similar Passionate to learn new technologies and tools quickly and work in a highly collaborative team-oriented environment Benefits: We are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all of our employees, and enhancing our programs when necessary. Responsibilities
The Lead Engineer will develop middleware applications, IPCs, and protocol drivers for Linux and RTOS platforms, involving all aspects of the system software development process. They will also perform debugging and troubleshooting of embedded systems and work with Agile methodologies.
