Job Title: Lead Engineer, Fab Technology Job Description: The Role: Lead Engineer, Fab Technology (ACM) Here at Entegris, we use advanced science to enable technologies that transform the world, and we are seeking employees who have the drive to continue that mission. The Role: Entegris is seeking a Lead Field Technology Engineer to join our Advanced Cleaning Materials team, based in Korea. This role offers high visibility within the company and involves leading efforts to develop solutions for our customers’ most challenging requirements and to drive new business opportunities. This role requires technical selling skills across all products, you will provide technical leadership and customer-facing support for ACM products, including Probe Card Clean (PCC) and Chuck Cleaning Wafer (CCW), enabling success in semiconductor front & back-end process flow environments. What You’ll Do: Act as the technical and applications expert for ACM products, supporting end-user solutions involving cleaning material use and building strong customer relationships as the go-to technical resource. Serve as the primary technical interface for ACM products at customer sites, supporting wafer probe test, visual inspection, and cleaning processes for probe card cleaning and chuck cleaning wafers. Collaborate with account managers to identify, develop, and prioritize opportunities using the Entegris value selling process, leading the discovery and advocacy phases. Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Product Management, Customer Support, supply chain, and quality teams to drive innovation and support customer requirements. Introduce Entegris’ new and continuous improvement technologies and products to customers, address customers’ technical questions and concerns diligently and expertly. Participate in design and execution of experiments to support customer evaluations and qualifications of products. Conduct on-site demonstrations, training, and performance analysis for ACM products. Provide feedback to internal engineering and product development teams for new product introductions. Act as a technical ambassador, influencing customer success and Entegris’ leadership in advanced cleaning technologies. What We Seek: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in engineering/science or equivalent technical field required. 10+ years of experience in a semiconductor front/back-end operational process pertaining to ACM product support operations for Etch, PVD, CVD, ALD, Sputter, Implant, Photolithography and Probing. Experience with ACM products for Probe Card Clean and Chuck Cleaning Wafer is preferred. Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to attend customer meetings and technical seminars in support area. Ability to develop in-depth understanding of Entegris technology and products. Critical thinking skills to “distill” key messages both from Voice of Customer (VOC) and Entegris technical data set. Ability to summarize scattered technical data into a compelling package. Ability to use simple and customer understandable “language” to explain Entegris product performance. Ability to assess the business environment and consequently elaborate a technical strategy for specific accounts. Strong passion, ownership, and determination. A high level of English proficiency, equivalent to that of a native speaker, is required. Ability to maintain dedication to the tasks at hand, with efficient planning, prioritizing and goal setting skills. Outstanding Candidates Will Have: Over 10 years’ experience in the semiconductor industry. Deep understanding of front/back-end process flow and equipment related to ACM products.
