Description
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Thermal Engineering (with HVAC specialization preferred) or Civil Engineering A minimum 7 years’ of relevant working experience in facility engineering and project management, including system such as Building, HVAC, Cleanroom, Physical Building, Low Voltage electric, Exhaust, Ventilation systems, Air compressor, Vacuum systems, BMS, DI water, and wastewater treatment system. At least one year of experience in managing multi-discipline engineering projects. Project Planning & Initiation: Lead inventorying and preparatory activities in alignment with the overall project plan, budget, and manpower requirements. Collaborate with functional and hierarchical managers to establish project organization, ensuring alignment with quality, cost, and timeline objectives. Engineering & Design Coordination Oversee preliminary engineering activities based on equipment layout and production plans, ensuring smooth transition to the design and execution phases. Support and verify procurement and execution phases to maintain quality and scope as defined in project documentation. Quality Assurance & Compliance Initiate, monitor, and enforce quality procedures in compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and project requirements. Ensure that all design and execution activities meet established quality standards and production expectations. Safety & EHS Management Conduct safety checks and supervise adherence to safety standards, legal regulations, and EHS policies. Develop and implement safety guidelines to ensure all execution and operational activities meet required safety specifications Communication & Coordination Prepare progress reports and lead coordination meetings with internal disciplines, vendors, suppliers, and contractors. Facilitate effective communication to align project progress with stakeholder expectations and resolve any planning or manpower issues Perform all aspects of preventive maintenance activities/task so as to minimize downtime. Manage and supervise the Contractor to ensure the maintenance activities are meet SOW and Safety requirements. Establish the documentation such as WI (SOP), daily tracking, forms …to manage and improves the facilities system. Conduct regular site inspections and enforce safety protocols during facility operations, renovations, and project execution to maintain a safe working environment. Safety and PPE follow up and compliance. Continuously improve the facilities system & project better for quality, cost, delivery time and safety.
