Your main tasks:

• Technical leadership of development project teams to ensure the successful delivery of application projects for pneumatic and thermal seat comfort systems, meeting milestones, quality expectations and budget targets
• Overall technical interface to the customer and representation of the company for development scopes of several projects
• Coordination of all departments involved in the development project (mechanics / HW / SW / requirements engineering / validation)
• Ensuring functional and standard-compliant system development in accordance with the given specifications as well as valid engineering and evaluation standards (ASPICE, ISO26262, ISO/TS 16949…)
• Planning and control of development processes according to company processes, as well as timely and appropriate countermeasures in the event of deviations
• Management of project status presentations internally and to the customer
• Efficient allocation of resources to meet project requirements and deadlines, in coordination with the team managers responsible for human resources
• Relationship management and development of an effective network with customers and suppliers

Your profile:

• Master’s/Diploma degree in mechatronics, precision engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable
• At least 5-10 years of experience with system development of mechatronic components in the automotive sector, functional goals as well as validation methods and tools
• At least 3 years of experience in leading interdisciplinary engineering teams in the field of systems engineering and/or electronics
• High degree of customer orientation, communication skills and hands-on mentality
• Strong team player and good organizational skills
