Job Description We are looking for a Lead Engineer specialized in Homologation & Regulatory Compliance. Responsible for regulatory compliance and certification processes across regional and international markets. Manages end-to-end product approval cycles, liaises with regulatory authorities, and ensures alignment with evolving standards. Collaborates cross-functionally to support product readiness, market entry, and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field 3+ years of experience in Homologation Strong understanding of regional and international regulatory frameworks Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects Experience working with government agencies and certification bodies Skilled in risk assessment, documentation, and regulatory reporting Comfortable working in multicultural and fast-paced environments Willing to travel regionally or internationally as required Additional Information #LI-Onsite
