Lead Engineer – Land Infrastructure We’re expanding our Tauranga team and looking for a Lead Engineer to help deliver complex multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects. You’ll work across transport, land development, utilities, water and government projects, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver practical infrastructure solutions. The role combines technical delivery, client engagement, and mentoring junior engineers within a growing regional team. How You’ll Contribute: Deliver civil infrastructure design across roads, drainage, utilities, earthworks and land development projects within transport, water, energy and government sectors Prepare high-quality technical reports and design documentation to budget and deadlines Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers Support proposal preparation and project delivery across the national Land Infrastructure team Work directly with clients to understand challenges and develop practical engineering solutions What are we looking for from you? Relevant tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering Around 10+ years’ experience in civil infrastructure design Experience delivering roads, drainage, utilities, earthworks and pavement design Practical knowledge of industry software such as 12d or Civil 3D Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with clients and stakeholders A collaborative and positive mindset, interested in mentoring and developing engineers Ready to bring ideas to life?
