HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE AND GROW?

E&C Global Solutions Poland S.A. is currently seeking highly skilled Lead Engineers to work in large EP and EPC projects in the following disciplines: Electrical, Instrumentation, Process Control, Mechanical (Rotating, Static, Fired Equipments), Piping, Civil & Structural.
The EP or EPC are multi-technology, multi-centers execution projects to be executed within a given schedule, budget and with the highest respect of engineering standards.

The positions are based in Kraków but travels to the project locations may be required.

• Independent coordination of the project execution within the selected discipline.
• Leading a project team of engineers in-house.
• Leading a team of 3rd party (external) engineers outside of AL premises.
• Managing, monitoring and controlling detailed engineering subcontractors and vendors.
• Ensuring quality of engineering documents and material supply according to contract requirements.
• Providing realistic and reliable forecasts on man-hour consumption, quantities, cost, achievement of milestones and freezing dates.
• Managing man-hour consumption, quantities, cost, achievement of milestones and freezing dates and deviations.
• Coordinating with other disciplines.

ARE YOU A MATCH?

• University degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience as a Lead Engineer in large scale O&G or on-shore EPC projects.
• Strong engineering competences and fully proficient in managing, monitoring, and controlling the Detailed Design & Engineering.
• People and project management skills.
• Decision making and problem solving skills.
• Communication skills.
• Proactive, seeking advice and share own experiences with others
• English proficiency is a must. Knowledge of German / French or other languages would be appreciated.
• Ability to travel to worldwide locations.
• Nice to have: Experience as Field Engineering or site construction engineer.
