Job Overview:  The ICD/ICM developer will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Majesco Insurance products that uses ICD/ICM toolkit framework as the development framework. As a developer, you will be working extensively on the P & C Insurance platform catering to a wide customer base in the US market. This position will directly work with technical teams to implement / Support Majesco products for our clients in various sizes and Tiers. Responsible for quality delivery of the assigned work which will be part of major deliveries from Majesco to our customers. Roles and Responsibilities:  * Defining and modifying of business process flows by using ICD YAWL and Model Mappings * Defining and configuring Rules in Majesco System through Rule Engine * Maintaining and upgrading existing systems * Prepare the Unit Test cases and execute the same for your developed feature / functionality. * Support the Quality Assurance team in testing * Database Scripting and verification of the Data flow during defect analysis. * Defect tracking and status updates to the issues assigned to you. * Interaction with customer stakeholders for new requirements and providing business as well as Solution insight to help customer operations * Empowered and accountable for design, development and rollout of new features as per customer requirements. * Take full accountability for understanding changes required by customer and provide valuable suggestions from Product point of view. * Work with our DevOps team to ensure continuous deployments of our applications * Working closely with other developers, UX designers, business and systems analysts * Give training and demo sessions to Business users Technical Skills  * 6-8 years’ experience development experience. * Desirable:  Property & Casualty insurance background with Policy, Claims and/or Billing domain experience. * Application programming with inclination towards domain (Specifically Insurance Domain). * Development experience with object oriented programming JAVA technology stack preferred though not mandatory. * Exposure to any database with clear understanding of RDBMS concepts (SQL Scripting , Data analysis skills, basic Performance improvement understandings). * Experience in SDLC processes and software version control understanding. * Experience in ICD/ICM or Duckcreek is good to have * Desirable:  experience in setting up business rules and work flow concepts. * Strong technical aptitude for both cloud-based and on-premise client solutions.  * Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify and communicate technical issues with customers. * Advanced problem-solving skills, demonstrating the ability to identify, define and understand a problem, have knowledge of root cause analysis and research effective solutions for the customer.  * Proven ability to maintain a professional demeanor when handling complex customer and internal issues. * Strong commitment to quality and customer service. * Works well in a remote team environment.
