Description Discover your exciting roles We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Lead Engineer Plant Utility (m/f/d) to join our team. On this position, you are responsible for the planning and engineering of challenging industry projects. You are the connection between our client, other project participants and contractors. You will be the direct contact person and will focus on cleanroom planning and the associated Plant Utility and HVAC systems. Explore your tasks and responsibilities As a lead engineer, you will be responsible for the planning and design of heating, cooling and sanitary systems As a central role in the project, you will participate in the preparation of the offer for the planning task as well as the negotiations Subsequently, you will take responsibility for the management and coordination of external partners and contractors You will prepare planning documents and functional descriptions for cleanroom planning and the associated HVAC system, participate in 3D model and design reviews and are available as contact person Compliance with applicable international norms, standards, GMP regulations and regulatory requirements are part of your area of responsibility You also prepare the equipment and material lists as well as the performance directory Cost determination and price comparisons are also part of your tasks Show your expertises Completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, process engineering or building technology and several years of professional experience in a comparable position, e.g. as a senior engineer, project manager for building services / HVAC and so on.
