We’re hiring a Lead Engineer to join a well-established and high-performing food processing site in the Measham area. This is a Monday to Friday, days-based role, ideal for a senior engineer ready to step into a leadership position without the burden of rotating shifts.

• Lead and support the engineering team in maintaining site equipment and minimising downtime
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance across key assets including chillers, conveyors, washers, and pack lines
• Provide hands-on fault-finding expertise (both electrical and mechanical)
• Coordinate with production and management teams to ensure maintenance priorities are aligned with operational goals
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, promoting best practices and continuous improvement
