Ergo is seeking a Lead Engineer / Operations Manager for a permanent role with our client in South Dublin . As a Lead Engineer / Operations Manager you will act as point of escalation for L2 and L3 Engineers on Server, Cloud, Firewall and Cyber Security.
You will also work with a team of Technical Account Managers providing guidance, support and advice to ensure that they can meet client expectations around service delivery.
As part of the Management group you will input into company strategy and service offerings.
This is a new role which has been created due to exceptional recent growth.

• Provide escalated technical support to the Helpdesk
• Work with TAM team to ensure customer IT systems are efficient and optimised with the latest technology.
• Review current customer network infrastructure, management and security defences.
