Description

Overview Prodapt is looking for an Operations-RPA-Lead engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will lead the development and maintenance of automation solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure operational excellence in RPA deployments. This role demands strong technical expertise in Python-based automation frameworks and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Develop and maintain automation scripts using Robot Framework or RoboCorp with Python. Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliverables. Design and implement test cases for web, API, and desktop applications. Build and deploy RPA bots for business process automation. Integrate automation with tools like Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, and Docker. Work closely with QA, DevOps, and business teams to understand and translate requirements into automation solutions. Monitor and troubleshoot automation failures; optimize performance and reliability. Maintain comprehensive documentation for automation processes and test cases. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems and automation frameworks. Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in software development and RPA.
