LEAD ENGINEER REPAIRS

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum

CTS has launched the Easy4u Service, collaborating with partners from Belgium and the Netherlands to deliver laptops to schools across the UK. This service offers a personalized, full-service education laptop to students, featuring a customized school-webshop, a self-service portal, and a comprehensive service model for repairs.
We are seeking a Lead Engineer Repairs to join our Crawley-based Service Centre. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for diagnosing and repairing laptops from multiple vendors and assisting in other areas of the operations department as needed.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in the IT field is desirable.
• Demonstrated competence in repairing/building hardware across multi vendors.
• A can-do attitude to provide the best service to our customers.
• A self-starter with suggestions on how to enhance our service.
• Ability to work with quality and speed, ready to hit the ground running in time for summer productions.
