We’re looking for a Lead Engineer to join our growing team in HMRC East Kilbride, Queensway House, Stewartsfield Way, East Kilbride, G79 1AA, to oversee maintenance operations at a prestigious client site. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Lead and mentor a skilled team of HVAC and Electrical technicians
• Deliver high-quality planned and reactive maintenance
• Diagnose and fix faults to keep critical systems running smoothly
• Ensure safety, compliance, and quality across all engineering activity
• Manage CAFM data, reports, and call-out rota
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and team members
