As the Lead Engineer, Technology Quality Assurance, you’ll be responsible for managing and delivering fully QAed Applications to the business. Coordination with the Product and Engineering team to understand the business requirements and plan QA activity. You will actively participate in application performance monitoring activity. Travel Req: 5-10% domestic travel for projects.

• Manage and deliver fully QAed Applications to the business.
• Coordination with the Product and Engineering team to understand the business requirements and plan QA activity.
• Active participation in application performance monitoring activity.
• Troubleshooting the production issue identifying the root cause and streamlining the defect management process.
• Maintain and improve functional, regression test cases and test execution cycle and automation.
• Proficiency in understanding new technology and guiding the team members while delivering quality products.
• Report the QA progress, improvements, challenges, and risks regularly to Senior Mgmt.
• Travel Req: 5-10% domestic travel for projects.
