Blackmores is embarking on a multiyear, transformation period that will enable efficiencies, a reimagined employee experience and supply chain optimisation across the entire Group.
We are looking for a people-focused, Enterprise Architect to play a vital role within our enterprise-wide ERP transformation program. Working across the Blackmores business, you will lead, consult, and oversee multiple business transformation and system integration projects across the Blackmores group. You will design and build solutions across the company’s middleware and business systems, digital channels, and AI and data platforms.
This role is ideal for an Enterprise Architect who thrives in a collaborative environment, can interact with stakeholder of all levels and enjoys solving business problems.
We are looking to hire someone on a min. 2 year fixed-term contract (as an employee), with the expectation that we will need to extend for at least another year. We work flexibly and have offices in Surry Hills and Warriewood.

• Collaborate with business executives and operational stakeholders to develop responsive enterprise architecture capabilities
• Work with operational and delivery teams to ensure efficient development, delivery, measurement, and governance of organisational change
• Design and lead the implementation of system architecture based on business requirements and IT strategies
• Ensure System Integrator solution proposals meet the requirements of our business
