You’ll define the architectural vision, align technology with business goals, and lead innovation across the group. This is your chance to influence strategy and build a sustainable, future-ready IT landscape. What you’ll do: Set the Vision: Define and maintain the enterprise architecture blueprint across business, data, applications, and technology Shape Strategy: Align architecture decisions with business and digital goals for long-term impact Drive Alignment: of IT and OT systems, focusing on IoT platform integration and cybersecurity Lead Innovation: Explore emerging technologies like AI, cloud, data platforms to shape our future Ensure Governance: Establish standards & principles for secure, scalable, and compliant solutions Build Community: Lead, inspire a network of Solution & Data Architects to foster collaboration and excellence Qualifications Education & Experience: University degree in IT or related field and at least 5 years in enterprise or solution architecture Expertise: Strong knowledge of architecture principles, governance frameworks, and enterprise-wide solution design Tech Savvy: Familiar with cloud, data management, security, integration platforms; awareness of AI trends (Generative & Agentic AI) Leadership & Collaboration: Proven ability to lead, communicate effectively, and work across teams in Agile environments Language Skills: Fluency in English; German is a strong advantage.
