Description

Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Lead Enterprise Sales – PLM Software to build and scale the company's international business in USA. The role will be responsible for identifying new markets, building strategic relationships with enterprise customers and technology partners, developing the global pipeline and driving revenue growth for the organization's Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Engineering, Digital Manufacturing and Industry 4.0 software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of PLM / CAD / CAM / CAE / MES / ERP / Digital Thread/ Digital Twin ecosystems and a proven track record of selling enterprise technology solutions to engineering-intensive industries.


Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering & MBA in Sales, Marketing, Strategy or International Business would be an advantage.


Key Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Sales & New Logo Acquisition: Identify and engage CXO-level stakeholders including CIO, CTO, Chief Digital Officer, Chief Engineering Officer, VP Engineering, VP Manufacturing and Supply Chain leaders; lead complex enterprise sales cycles from prospect identification through negotiation and closure; develop account plans for large global manufacturing and engineering organizations; build relationships with strategic accounts and convert opportunities into long-term customers.


  • PLM Solution Selling: Position the company's PLM platform against competing solutions; understand customer requirements around Product Data Management, Product Lifecycle Management, Digital Thread, Digital Twin, Engineering Change Management, BOM Management, Configuration Management, Requirements Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality & Compliance, Supplier Collaboration, CAD/CAE integration, MES/ERP integration; translate business problems into commercially viable PLM technology solutions.


  • Strategic Partnerships: Build relationships with global system integrators, technology partners, engineering service providers and resellers; develop alliance opportunities with CAD/CAE, ERP, MES, cloud and industrial technology companies; establish and manage global channel/partner programs; identify co-selling and co-development opportunities.


  • Market Intelligence: Monitor PLM, CAD, MES, ERP and industrial digital-transformation trends; track competitors including Siemens Digital Industries Software, Dassault Systems, PTC, Autodesk, SAP and other emerging PLM/engineering software companies; identify emerging technologies and customer requirements; provide market intelligence to product and executive leadership teams.


  • Revenue & Commercial Ownership: Own business-development targets and revenue contribution; develop annual and quarterly sales plans; manage pipeline coverage, conversion rates, deal velocity and sales forecasting; lead commercial negotiations involving enterprise licensing, SaaS subscriptions, implementation and professional services; build business cases and ROI propositions for customers.


  • Cross-functional Leadership: Work closely with Product Management, Pre-sales / SolutionConsulting, Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Executive Leadership.

Ideal Candidate profile

  • 12–20+ years of experience in selling PLM, CAD, CAM, CAE, MES, ERP, DigitalTwin, Digital Thread or engineering software;
  • Proven experience developing international markets; strong enterprise selling and consultative-sales capability;
  • Existing relationships with senior decision-makers in manufacturing and engineering organizations;
  • Demonstrated experience closing large, complex, multi-stakeholder technology deals; experience managing global strategic accounts;
  • Strong understanding of PLM Software, subscription, perpetual licensing and enterprise software commercial models;
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills;
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
