    Your experience as a Lead Enterprise Technical Account Manager makes you a natural leader on any team you are part of. You act as a mentor and trainer to other ETAMs with your vast technical knowledge and problem solving abilities. You are a champion of process improvements and have a knack for identifying gaps and inefficiencies and creatively enhance and optimize workflows. You not only recognize roadblocks for the team, you help to remove them, ensuring that the team has the tools, training, and support required to deliver exceptional customer outcomes again and again.

A day in the life as Assembly’s Lead Enterprise Technical Account Manager:

  • You spearhead customer stabilization post go-live.
  • You are a partner and cross departmental collaborator.
  • You design and execute customer governance plans.
  • You engage in pre-sales engineering for enterprise accounts.
  • You document everything! You clearly outline and communicate processes, systems, and tooling.
  • You have strong technical skills in Azure Cloud, .NET, React, Python, PowerShell, and Microsoft SQL Server and you use these skills to enhance and optimize our service offerings.
  • You have a strong foundation in systems engineering with a proven track record in solutions architecture.
  • You are a time management boss!
  • You are a unicorn - because you are not only analytical and love data - but you also have a knack for collaboratively working and engaging with people!
  • You quickly become a subject matter expert on any new technology you learn.
