REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Master Data Management Analyst to support master data activities across multiple ERP systems. This role involves data collection, analysis, validation, cleansing, and reporting, as well as monitoring system data integrity and supporting ERP system updates. Ideal candidates will have prior experience working with Oracle, SAP, GIM, and strong data management or reporting backgrounds.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute master data management activities within multiple ERPs according to established policies, standards, and quality requirements.
  • Monitor, extract, and validate data across various systems and sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Perform data cleansing and reporting, including regularly scheduled and ad hoc reports.
  • Support system and test validation activities for IT projects and change requests.
  • Respond to data inquiries and assist various internal stakeholders with data-related tasks.
  • Update Item Master records and other key data attributes within ERP systems.
  • Collaborate on process improvement initiatives and change management activities.
  • Document reporting requirements, processes, and validations as needed.
