Technical Competencies: Around 10 years of SAP experience as functional consultant on complex and multiple projects (Core template design / build / validation, roll-out and support) in the area of SAP S/4 – EWM with hands-on experience on the following areas at least 2-3 years of experience working with SAP EWM Subject matter expert with supply chain processes for warehousing, distribution and transportation Completion of 1+ full lifecycle SAP implementations of EWM in a warehouse environment Completion of 2+ full lifecycle SAP implementations of Inventory Management and Warehouse Management in a warehouse environment EWM experience with Inbound and Outbound processes EWM experience with Packaging Specifications Strong integration experience between EWM-PP and EWM-QM Job Skills Requirements Solid understanding of software development lifecycles (i.e. Agile, SCRUM, Iterative) SAP S/4 Certification/s on Warehouse management module Strong ability to handle complex, high profile projects. Complexity drivers include: multiple integrated systems where new requirements need to be traced through the inter-related systems; multiple stakeholders across several departments; etc. Strong verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to define the business need within the context of the project and then translate the need into requirements. Excellent ability to partner in the business change and tackle projects across multiple process domains . Proven ability to lead the overall business analysis effort on large projects which demand multiple business analysts to delivery. Proven ability to develop best practices for requirements gathering. Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location Responsibilty Work with Scrum team to deign, configure the SAP S/4 system Address and proactivity work on Inter team dependency across scrum teams On your typical engagement, you will work with the key stakeholders to understand their needs and advise on SAP system capabilities. You will initiate the requirement gathering, testing, complete the workflow and documentation, as well as the functional design of the solution. Liaise with the stakeholders and technical team to translate needs into business solutions and complete the configurations and/or integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.
