Key Responsibilities: › Configure ERP modules to align system capabilities with approved business workflows › Support migration of data from legacy systems to ensure accuracy and completeness › Implement ERP enhancements, patches, and upgrades to maintain stability and compliance › Integrate ERP with internal tools and third-party systems to ensure consistent data exchange › Validate ERP configurations through testing to ensure functionality and performance › Analyze ERP issues and coordinate resolution to minimize disruption › Prepare configuration and technical documentation to support traceability and supportability › Ensure adherence to approved ERP standards, security controls, and documentation practices Job Requirements: › Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline › This role typically requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP configuration, support, or enterprise systems roles › Demonstrated experience working with ERP platforms and business process alignment › Good understanding of ERP integrations, data structures, and upgrade cycles › Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills ALTANFEETHI office was founded in 1979 for official ceremonies and the reception of the Kingdom's delegations.
