OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful completion of construction projects, primarily focusing on Window, Door, and siding installation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, project management, and cost control, with a proven ability to manage teams effectively. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in construction management or a related field with a strong understanding of construction processes.
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience in contract management.
  • Solid background in construction estimating, pricing, cost control, and budgeting practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
  • Relevant certifications in project management or construction management are a plus.
