AND IF YOU HAVE THESE QUALIFICATIONS:
A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business/Accounting/Industrial Engineering required.
3+ years experience in production control/production planning.
Defense manufacturing experience with munitions and metal fabrication preferred.
Must possess a valid REAL ID-compliant driver’s license, which includes the gold or black star in the upper corner, indicating it is federally compliant.
A positive attitude and the ability to collaborate with team members is essential for contributing to a cohesive work environment.
Successful completion of a background screening process is mandated for all candidates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for leading cross-functional teams to plan and schedule production activities, minimizing throughput times while maximizing work center utilization, output and efficiency, in order to meet customer demand for on-time delivery requirements. This will require identifying capacity, material and staffing constraints in advance, then partnering with colleagues, operations, and the procurement team to identify and implement solutions. Responsible for leading and providing all direct labor estimates.
