ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead ETL Architect with deep expertise in Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) to lead and manage critical data integration and migration initiatives across the enterprise. This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on technologist capable of managing end-to-end ETL operations, owning the PowerCenter job landscape, and leading the migration to cloud-based IDMC. The candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring robust, performant, and scalable data integration across Salesforce, Oracle EBS, and Oracle Fusion platforms.
This is an onsite leadership role in Dubai, ideal for a self-driven professional passionate about data integration, operational excellence, and transformation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the technical lead for all ETL activities including design, development, enhancement, and monitoring of Informatica PowerCenter workflows.
  • Own and proactively manage daily PowerCenter job executions, reviewing logs, resolving sync failures, and mitigating risk of job failures.
  • Enhance and refactor legacy return jobs to improve reliability, throughput, and performance optimization.
  • Design, lead, and execute the migration of PowerCenter workloads to IDMC Cloud, including architecture definition, process mapping, and validation frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including application owners, database administrators, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless data flows and alignment with enterprise data strategy.
  • Manage workflow schedulers, job orchestration tools, and dependencies across applications.
  • Drive root cause analysis, implement permanent fixes, and create robust monitoring, alerting, and documentation frameworks.
  • Maintain data integrity, quality, compliance, and audit requirements across integrations and jobs.
  • Provide technical mentoring and guidance to junior developers or ETL support teams when required.
