Description Job Title Lead Reservationist - EVENING You must be available to work the below hours to be considered: Wednesday Double: 10:30am-2:30pm, 5pm-10pm Thursday PM: 4pm -10pm Friday PM: 4pm-10pm Saturday PM: 4pm- 10pm Sunday AM: 10am-2pm Status/Class Hourly + Service Charge on To Go Orders Reports to Food & Beverage Director Job purpose To assist in the duties of the reservations department ensuring that every detail of a member’s reservation has been accurately recorded following established procedures. This person will also assist in large party reservations in the map room, help with menu changes, advertisement, and more. The goal is to deliver excellent customer service, creating a memorable experience with our members which makes them want to return. Duties and responsibilities Answering phones and assisting with member reservations Schedule reservations and manage cancellations Assisting large map room parties with their limited menus Plan and execute large member functions (Easter, Mother’s day, Santa’s breakfast, etc.) Greet members and guests and seat according to server rotation Maintaining equal cover counts for each server Emailing members of the previous night a “thank you” To use Jonas as an avenue to gain member information Works required shifts, reports to work on time, and complies with CYC dress code Has menu and beverage (beer, wine, liquor) knowledge Able to use Jonas for inputting to go orders Utilize effective teamwork skills with FOH/BOH staff Maintain a professional, responsible work environment Conduct training for new host staff Administrative assistant for upper management Language Skills Ability to speak professionally and accurately to members regarding any questions, member events, reservation policy, etc. To effectively deliver information in one-on-one and small group situations to staff, management and members. Dress Code Required to dress conservatively and professionally when on club property. Preferably in solid prints and dark colors. Physical Demands and Work Environment Required to stand for long periods and walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch and twist or reach. Push, pull or lift up to 50 pounds. Continuous repetitive motions. Work in hot, humid and noisy environment.
