Responsibilities

This position will ideate complex end to end strategies and implement full cycle, multi-day event plans that support the Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB) and Wealth & Investment Management (WIM) lines of business. The individual in this role will serve as a trusted advisor, providing recommendations on logistics, communication, and contingency planning. This position offers a hybrid work schedule and will sit in our Charlotte, NC; New York, NY or Washington, DC office. The Wells Fargo job profile is Lead Events Management Specialist.

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with CIB leadership and provide counsel on events and industry research conferences
  • Collaborate with WIM leadership and provide counsel on events for ultra-high net worth clients
  • Lead planning efforts for large and/or complex multi-day meetings, events, and conferences
  • Develop innovative end to end event strategies that deliver results and cost efficiencies
  • Implement and execute project plans, including the sequencing, and timing of key initiatives
  • Manage project budgets, develop financial projections and analyzing variances
  • Function as a subject matter expert (SME) and stay up to date on industry trends
  • Identify opportunities to enhance operating procedures and mitigate risk

Required Qualifications:
