About The Role: Lead – Exclusive Retail, India A key member of the Sales Leadership team, the role is pivotal in accelerating Dyson’s growth for the Dyson Owned & Operated and Partner Operated Exclusive Retail stores channel. Role & Responsibilities: Sales & Profit Delivery Manage sales from all offline formats of Dyson Exclusive Retail Stores across India. Drive product mix to enhance value and profitability from the channel. Own sales targets to drive sell in and sell out from the stores maintaining consistent brand experience and high-quality global standards for store operations. Have holistic view of sales in India, understand market trends, competitor situation, consumer insights and growth drivers for the channel. Collaboration across Functions & Sales team Build strong partnerships with the Sales Leadership Team and other key colleagues/stakeholders. Work in collaboration with Marketing team to curate and execute market relevant events to drive awareness and increase leads and footfalls. Ensure shared goals with Customer Service to ensure we are serving our customers. Partner Management Account management with the franchisee partners to deliver win win for business. Exclusive retail management & expansion - Managing mall relationships, identifying key locations for expanding the store footprint, nurturing retail partner relationships to run store operations. Setting up joint business planning and operating standards with partners aligned to global norms. Retail Expansion and productivity Plan and optimize exclusive stores footprint and drive growth through expansion. Sharp focus on same store sales growth and productivity for Dyson and partner profitability About You: 15- 18 years of hands-on sales experience in managing exclusive retail functions Experience in Beauty, Luxury or consumer electronics preferable Experience in managing national roles mandatory Strong people leadership builds capability and coaches team members. High level of communication skills both verbal and written. Well-developed interpersonal and relationship skills Enjoys a dynamic, fast-paced team environment; prepare to roll up sleeves. Must have a high growth mindset. Energetic, engaging and solutioning approach.
