Job Description Lead Executive Assistant (EA) to CEO – Full time ongoing role Based at our Head Office in Ringwood on the lands of the Wurundjeri People, with hybrid working options Competitive salary + 12% Super + Generous Salary Packaging benefits of up to $18,550 About the Executive Assistant team The Executive Assistant team at Each plays a vital role in enabling our leadership to deliver on strategic priorities. Working closely with the CEO and Executive Team, this team ensures seamless coordination, communication, and support across the organisation. Your role, your impact As Lead Executive Assistant, you’ll be the trusted right hand to the CEO and a key driver of excellence across our executive support function. You’ll help shape how we work at the highest levels—ensuring clarity, consistency, and collaboration across the organisation. Provide high-level, confidential executive support to the CEO, including correspondence, calendar and workflow management Act as a key liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders Lead and coordinate the Executive Assistant cohort across the organisation Develop and implement consistent systems and standards for executive support Oversee and quality-check executive-level documentation, including supporting Board papers Support strategic initiatives and organisational priorities through project coordination Manage key meetings and events, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions Coach and mentor Executive Assistants to build a high-performing, collaborative team Coordinate travel and logistics for the CEO and Executive Team as needed Represent the CEO’s office with professionalism, discretion, and a commitment to Each’s values About you To succeed in this role, you’ll bring: Minimum 7 years’ experience in executive-level support, including supporting a CEO or equivalent Experience leading or coordinating a team or function within a complex organisation Strong communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills High-level discretion, integrity, and political acumen Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to write correspondence on behalf of the CEO as required Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools What will make you stand out Qualification in Business Administration or related discipline (e.g., Advanced Diploma of Business Administration) Experience in project coordination and stakeholder engagement A proactive, solutions-focused mindset A collaborative leadership style that values inclusion and continuous improvement What’s in it for you At Each you’ll be supported to be your best.
