Reporting directly to the VP, Finance Business Analysis & Planning / VP Controller, this position operates from our Phoenix, AZ location on a hybrid schedule and plays a critical role in enabling leadership impact across the business. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, anticipating needs and proactively resolving issues. Own and optimize complex executive calendars, aligning priorities with business objectives. Coordinate high-level meetings across leaders, functions, and time zones, ensuring seamless execution. Manage domestic and international travel logistics, itineraries, and expense coordination with precision. Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and communications with exceptional quality and professionalism. Act as a primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders, representing leadership with confidence and discretion. Drive follow-through on action items and ensure cross-functional alignment. Manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail. Support strategic initiatives, leadership projects, and special assignments.
