[What the role is] The incumbent will support learners through the administration of various NYP financial assistance schemes. [What you will be working on] Administer various NYP financial assistance schemes relating to bursaries and student awards. Handle the entire bursaries process from conducting briefings to potential applicants, processing applications, seeking awards approval and disbursing funds. Facilitate and process applications relating to partners’ financial assistance and awards programmes. Prepare statistics, reports and digital content updates. Address enquiries and offer advisory support relating to bursaries and student awards. Drive digitalisation initiatives to achieve the strategic goals. Assist with ad-hoc projects as assigned [What we are looking for] At least 2 years of work experience in similar or related area is preferred Proactive, strong administrative and coordination skills with attention to details. Good interpersonal, communications (oral & written) skills with the ability to work well in a team.
