Description
The Lead Expeditor is responsible for driving and tracking all supplier documents, drawings, and material/equipment deliverables for contracts of the highest criticality in accordance with the contract and project schedule. Drive improvement in supplier on‑time delivery performance by prioritizing and managing outstanding supplier documents, fabrication activities, and material deliveries required to support Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) and construction sequencing. This includes expediting new, missing, or returned documents from suppliers and/or Engineering, monitoring fabrication progress, and coordinating recovery actions when required.
Responsibilities
The Lead Expeditor drives and tracks supplier documents, drawings, and material deliverables for critical contracts to ensure alignment with project schedules. They monitor fabrication progress and coordinate recovery actions to improve on-time delivery performance.
